Biography

Mr. Falvay is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio). and Indiana University School of Law, He was formally an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Oakland County, Michigan. He has been licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance, and as a real estate broker.

Mr. Falvay is a member of WealthCounsel, the Oakland County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Estate Planning and Real Estate Sections, past president of the Ortonville Chapter of Local Business Network, and is a participating attorney in the AARP Legal Services Program.

He frequently lectures before groups and organizations in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business

Achievements

Kirk Falvay is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, the country's preeminent lawyer rating organization. Mr. Falvay is also recognized by Outstanding Lawyers of America as one of only 100 attorneys in the State of Michigan to be selected and listed on their membership roster. He is also listed in Who's Who of American Professionals and by Madison's Who's Who.

Mr. Falvay has appeared before the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals.

Personal

Kirk enjoys golf and exercise in his free time. He and his wife of 35 years, Sheri, like to ski, travel, and entertain friends and family.
